Follow the steps below and create two shortcuts, one for disabling aero and other for enabling it.

To disable Aero:

1. Right click on an empty area on your desktop.
   Select New > Shortcut.
2. In the Create Shortcut Wizard, type “Rundll32 dwmApi #104″ (without quotes) 
3. Click next.
4. Name the shortcut : Disable Aero and click Finish.

To enable Aero:

1. Right click on an empty area on your desktop.
   Select New > Shortcut.
2. In the Create Shortcut Wizard, type “Rundll32 dwmApi #102″ (without quotes)
3. Click next.
4. Name the shortcut : Enable Aero and click Finish.
