January 31st, 2008Wildcharge

Ever find yourself gathering cords to find the only one that goes to with your phone, iPhone, cellphone, or any other PDA device.

Well, here is something for you. Even now, you use cords to charge up your phones and PDAs, but what would happen if you could simply place your PDA or phone on a pad and let the pad juice your device.

Goodness Gracious, it was as if it were in a dream. Wildcharge is basically a corded pad that will let you charge your device whenever you need to as simply as possible. All you have to do is place your device on the pad and let the juice flow through.

This is something that once you get used to, you will never want to go back to corded charging.

Although, I, myself, have not seen the device into play, I can generalize that the charging-pad will not come in great use outside the house. I mean, for example, how many places do you have that are flat in your car when you need to charge your phone? Another thing, it is only for Motorola phones, and its soonly coming for the iPhone, so don’t you let your horses loose. P

On the other hand, its a great way to just let your phone sit and not have to be connected to a cord. One other thing that is greatly convenient about the device is that it can charge up to 5 separate devices at a time. So, no longer will you need to connect 5 different cords for your 5 devices, you can simply place them on the pad.

On the other hand (that you don’t have), how many of us actually carry around more than one PDA or phone. These days, everyone has an iPhone that can simply let you have your phone and music at the same time right? So, whats the use of having a pad charger if you only have to charge one device?

Its probably cheaper for you to just use your phone charge that you got with your overpriced iPhone.

January 31st, 2008OhMiBod

This specific post is definitely going to relate only to women. Unless you are just a really really freaky guy.

A mobile product, OhMiBod, is an extension to the iPod. Basically, its a vibrator for the iPod and women. I am sure that it is not an Apple product, but can be sure that it looks like an Apple product, bare and to the maximum beauty.

So, women, do you have needs that only an iPod vibrator can help you would with? Well, here is your chance to take a risk and venture upon the lands of the unknown.

Just kidding, I am not going to promote the product here at Mobilitywatch, but will tell you that (out of my curiosity) such a product is an insult to the Apple Production line.

While some people will enjoy this product to the fullest, I think its an insult to the Apple production company because it demotes everything that the work towards. Sure, it is also something else that makes you happy at the time, but that is not the functionality of Apple Products.

A vibrator is just absurd, if anyone actually buys one to feel happy with when listening to their iPod, they seriously have to stop listening to their iPods.

Again, here comes in the Apple Market team into display. The team is so good that they have other people making products to match their products, and not the other way around.

As I suspected, the Apple Marketing team deserves their round of applause, as I will give them now. D

Anyways, if you have to comment on this phenomena, please do so, as it will be appreciated. D

January 30th, 2008Music 4-U

Do you download music from the internet without paying for it? If you say no, then I say that you lie, because it happens to be that most everyone nowadays just download music from the internet rather than buy it from a store.

Why you ask? Well, in the beautiful United States of America, all of the Americans seem to develop his lazy habit of doing as little as possible to get the job done. And in fact, music downloading online is the very extremist view of the American’s laziness.

However, do not worry because illegal downloading occurs often and usually people do not get caught. (Just don’t download 25 GB of music over a torrent) For your information, “downloading” music from the internet is not illegal. It is as legal as downloading anything from the internet, the illegal part is when you “upload” copyright content to the internet, because then you are giving out someone’s piece of work for free, when the receiver should actually be paying for it.

Do you know the manager of U2? Well, his name is Paul McGuinness. He is calling all internet service providers and convincing them to cut off the people who download illegal music. Of course, no one is buying his claim because “downloading” is not illegal. “Uploading” is illegal. I’m not sure why he isn’t saying that, but he isn’t.

Anyways, this actually hasn’t changed anything for downloading music, but it has changed how we all look at the art of downloading music.

Just to stay on the safe side of things, I encourage you to find an internet site that will allow you to download music from their site, only to stay on the safe side. For me, mine only costs $12 a month for unlimited downloads from a site called Rapidshare.com. Although the ethics of downloading music are still up for controversial debate, rapidshare has protection against those kinds of things.

After using it for almost one month, I don’t and won’t need to download music for nearly another 4 months. Even if you don’t buy a premium account there, you can always download part by part for Free. Yes, thats right for free.

As for Paul McGuinness, I would be astounded if any of the internet service providers bought into his provices.
