The value of what you will gain through these courses extends far beyond the financial investment required. The knowledge, self-awareness, life skills, mentorship, and direction you receive have the potential to impact every area of your future.

Perhaps the most important question is not, "Can I afford to do this?" but rather, "Can I afford not to?"

Our Approach

How We Make It Happen

We make transformation possible through a holistic approach that addresses the past, present, and future while nurturing the spirit, soul, and body. For more than 30 years, over 1,500 students have gained greater clarity, purpose, confidence, and direction through our proven programmes. Guided by experienced mentors with decades of expertise in youth development, each participant receives personal one-on-one mentorship to ensure meaningful and lasting growth. Our well-developed targetLIFE and coCREATORS curricula provide a structured pathway that equips young people with essential life skills, self-awareness, practical tools, and a strong faith-based foundation that can be applied immediately. Along the journey, students become part of a supportive community where accountability, friendship, and a sense of belonging encourage continued growth. Through the unique integration of family building, team building, adventure learning, camps, tours, challenges, outreaches, and social experiences, participants enjoy one of the most memorable and transformative years of their lives. The result is realistic readiness, empowering graduates to confidently thrive in the real world and step into their future with purpose.

"The real cost is not the investment you make today, but the opportunities you may lose by not making it."

communeLIFE

communeLIFE students

communeLIFE offers an optional living-and-learning experience designed to enrich your Target Life journey. As part of the Hatfield Christian Church youth community, the commune provides a safe, supportive, and vibrant environment where young adults can grow together while developing the skills needed for independent adulthood.

Students live in fully furnished, dormitory-style accommodation alongside like-minded peers, creating daily opportunities for friendship, accountability, fun, and meaningful connection. Living in community naturally fosters personal growth and develops essential life skills such as responsibility, communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and self-management. For many students, the friendships and experiences formed in the commune become some of the most rewarding and memorable aspects of their launch year.

The commune is supervised by dedicated house leaders who help maintain a healthy and supportive living environment. Accommodation fees include furnished rooms, water and electricity, uncapped Wi-Fi, and access to a secure campus with 24-hour security.

The commune is completely self-catering — food is not included — allowing students to purchase and prepare their own meals, often forming food groups to share costs and responsibilities.

The wider campus hosts a diverse student community, creating an energetic and engaging atmosphere. Sports fields, a restaurant, and potential after-hours work opportunities at nearby schools and businesses contribute to a well-rounded student experience. While the classroom venue is located 5.5 km from the commune, students benefit from being part of a thriving community that supports both personal and practical development.

Although communeLIFE significantly enhances the overall educational experience, participation is entirely optional. Students who choose not to stay in the commune still receive the full benefit of the Target Life programme.
